A beginning is a very delicate time...

These women portraits (and a few men too) were shot in a very unpurposeful manner, just bringing a film camera (or two) and let myself be guided by the flow of emotions, the light, the ambient mood, the model's aura and personality... so I guess you should find a part of me watching along all those images... perhaps...

I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do

Most are shot with a 6x7 medium format film camera and black and white films. I develop these film images myself, using dedicated photographic chemicals and negative strips scanner. Sometimes I use color when the summer sun is so bright that my mind is just compelled by the beauty and obviousness of color... 

And drawing has been with me all my life, but I really went back to it during 2020 lockdowns.

I am located in Reims (France) in the region that produces... Champagne !
